You'll be drooling by the end of this post...

Today I am going to share with yall one of my FAVORITE dessert recipes.
AND
A snack that you'll want to make every day for the rest of your life.
AND
Christmas morning breakfast balls.

Yes, I'm trying to fatten you up for the Holidays! Gotta stay warm people ;]
(even though it's a miserable 78 here in Texas, boo)

DESSERT:
Oreo Balls

Ever since mister Kyle and I have been dating I have always made him "oreo balls" on his birthday and sometimes on holidays when im feeling generous ;]

I'm feeling generous this Christmas so I have decided to include some yummies along with his other gifts.
Wanna take a look at them to see if you're even interested?
I can help you with that...
moving on...

Here's what you'll need:
18 oz package of oreos (sometimes I use 2 packages)
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 cups semi sweet or milk chocolate chips (or white chocolate)
1 tablespoon shortening

Here's what you do:
Crush the entire package of oreos
(whole cookie, dont take filling out)
Once oreos are crushed put in large bowl and mix in cream cheese
Roll into balls
(whatever size youd like)
place in freezer for 30 min-1 hr
Melt choc chips and shortening in microwave
use a toothpick to dip oreo balls into melted chocolate
put on wax paper and let harden
VOILA! Best dessert E.V.E.R.

SNACK:
Firecrackers

My mom started making these a year or two ago and the whole family is addicted!

Here's what you'll need:
1 box saltine crackers
1 1/2 cup canola oil
1 pckg ranch dressing mix
3 T crushed red pepper flakes

Here's what you'll do:
Put crackers in a sealable container
combine ingredients in another bowl and pour over crackers
seal the container, and shake them around so all crackers are covered
repeat this process every 15 minutes to ensure all crackers are coated
BAM!
deliciousness at your fingers!

Christmas morning Heaven!
Sausage balls

My mom makes these every morning on Christmas and they are gone in seconds!

Here's what you'll need:
2 cups bisquick
1 package sharp cheddar grated cheese
1 lb sausage

Here's what you'll do:
allow cheese and sausage to reach room temp.
place in mixing bowl with bisquick and blend till smooth
press/roll mixture into 1 inch balls
place on cookie sheets about 1 inch apart
bake in 400* for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

Are you all drooling yet?!
ENJOY! :]
