A little denim and A little work out routine

I think it's safe to say that I'm obsessed with denim.

Yesterday I did a REAL legitimate work out,
probably the first good work out i've done all year.
Wow that's depressing... hey, better late than never right?

I feel SO good today because of it!
This is why I used to always be in such a great mood.
I'm definitely going to try and make this a habit.

I've had a lot of people ask me "what's your secret"
or "what's your exercise routine?!"

And honestly that question embarrasses me...yes it's flattering of course.
But since I have been SO lazy lately and hardly exercise whatsoever, 
I never really know how to respond.
I guess you can say I'm one of those people with a fast metabolism.
Also I never gain weight in my legs and for some reason they always keep
a tiny bit of muscle tone even when I don't work out, so that's just pure luck.

BUT I used to work out regularly, & I'm really going to try to
start doing that again.
So today I'm going to share with yall the work out I did yesterday!

I was able to do it at home! (score)
Since it's been SO long since I've ran I decided to break the run up to make it
a little more tolerable.

Treadmill: total time 12 minutes
*Warm up/Walk for 2 minutes
*Jog/run for 10 minutes
Depending on your pace you should run about a mile or a little over.

Body Weight
*10 pushups (I do girl ones)
*20 bicep curls with 10 lb weights
*20 tricep extensions with 10 lb weight
*45 second plank on hands
*50 tummy tucks
*45 second plank on hands
*20 tricep extensions with 10 b weight
*20 bicep curls with 10 lb weights
*10 pushups 

Then I repeated this entire process
The run and the work out 2 more times.

Some of you may think this is super easy,
some of you may think this is super hard.
I was definitely dying because I'm so out of shape!

Hopefully I'll be sharing a lot more of my work outs with yall...
Just gotta get myself to do them! ;]

  1. I am so lazy when it comes to working out. No matter how often and regularly I try to work out, I can never get to the point where I don't feel like I am dying the whole time! Also, I am obsessed with your outfit. You should model!
