Beaches and Birthdays

Saturday morning we decided to take Charley to the beach!

We have been dying to take her, but the weather has been so nasty lately.

It wasn’t a perfect day but it was good enough!

She had the best time!

Unfortunately there was about a million people there with a million dogs

and a million children so we couldn’t let her run around freely.

But it was still a lot of fun!

She slept the entire way home, literally didn’t move an inch.

After the beach we headed home to get ready.

One of my best friends, Claire, turned 24 on Friday,

so a bunch of us were going out to celebrate!

So, Charley can sense when we are about to leave…

therefore she was a little needy during this photo shoot.

My beautiful birthday girl!

These 2 girls were my be sties when I lived in SA!

The one in the pink (Paige) ended up moving to California

and I moved to Houston so we were all separated for a while,

but now we’re all in the same city and I have missed them SO SO much!

This looks like it was such a fun day!! And Charley looks like she LOVED the beach!! Cutest pics ever! Random and weird question–when you wear these backless shirts–do you have some fancy bra contraption or… I love tops like those–but also feel like I might be a little too old to go totally braless.

Definitely wondering about the bra thing too…I noticed a lot of your dresses and shirts were super low cut in the back and cannot figure out how you're wearing those! Please let us know!

Those pictures of Charley at the beach are TOO CUTE! She is so stinking adorable! Your outfit is gorgeous, sounds like you had a great time. I'm with the ladies above me – what do you wear with your low cut/backless shirts bra-wise?
