Super Shake GIVEAWAY!

Okay, I know it’s Saturday and everyone is busy…

but hey, WHO doesn’t love a giveaway?!

As most of you know I have really been focused on my health and fitness lately.

I found a program that WORKS for me and i’ve never been happier.

No it’s not a wrap, a pill, or a fiber drink.

It’s just REAL food, REAL (30 minute) work outs, and a nutrient dense super shake.

No it doesn’t promise that you will lose 20 lbs in a week,

it just promises to provide your body with protein + 70 different super foods that

will really do wonders for your health.

Everyone has different experiences with it but for me it has really helped with my

bloating and regularity, and i’ve tried EVERY thing for those specific problems and nothing ever seemed to work.

A few months after drinking it every day I also started seeing CRAZY improvements in my allergies.

I had a severe/constant runny nose ever since I moved back to Houston,

BUT guess what?! I don’t have to take allergy pills anymore!!

I would take a pill every single day and STILL have a runny nose…

I haven’t taken a pill in MONTHS thanks to this shake…

Last night I made Baked Potato Soup in the crock pot.

Holy YUM!

I was a little nervous about it but it turned out super good.

Thanks mom for hooking me up with this recipe! <3

It’s honestly the easiest recipe ever.

So here it is…

[how good does that look?]

Ingredients:
1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns
1 32 oz box of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free)
3 oz bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Put the potatoes in the crockpot. Add in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
An hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes. Place the cubes in the crock pot. Mix a few times throughout the hour before serving.
Once the cream cheese is completely mixed in, it’s ready to serve.
Top with cheddar cheese and some additional bacon bits

Y’all, this stuff was GOOD.

I made some garlic bread to go along with it and it was perfect.

Husband approved, puppy approved, and I definitely approved.
