Well guys, I have a doctors appointment today and I’m REALLY hoping that I’ve progressed a little and that I’m somewhat dilated…I’ll be sharing a full bump date with y’all tomorrow, and know knows, it could be my VERY LAST ONE! Probably not, but hey, a girl can dream haha

Weekend Recap – A super cute pregnancy OOTD

Well guys, I’m still pregnant.
Did all the walking and ate all the spicy foods this weekend but there’s still a little guy in my belly.
Guess I’ve just gotta keep being patient!!
We had a fun little double date night on Saturday and I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this top that I wore. I purchased it for after Hayes is born because I loved the loose fit and thought it would be great to hide the postpartum belly, but still look super cute!
Well, apparently it looks adorable while you’re super pregnant too!
There are lots of color options available, and I’m pretty sure I’m going to snag the purple one soon.

We met up with one of our favorite couples to grab some Mexican food,
and i’m not going to lie…the whole time I kept thinking…
“Omg this could be our last date night before Hayes gets here”
I’m sure y’all are getting sick of all of this pregnancy and baby talk.
SORRY, it’s kind of consuming my life.
Have no fear though, Once Hayes is here there will be a lot more fashion + exercise + lifestyle posts,
and that’s going to happen sometime within the next two weeks so hang in there with me y’all!!

Every Holiday that passes lately I just can’t help but think how crazy it is that this will be our last as “just us two”.
We are both SO excited to welcome our baby boy in just a few weeks but I would totally be lying
if I didn’t admit that I’m also kind of terrified. But hey, that’s normal right?!

Weekend Recap – Anniversary Date Night

Happy Monday Y’all!
Kyle and I had our 4 year wedding anniversary on Friday and it’s still so hard to believe that this will be our LAST anniversary as just the two of us!!
We decided to keep it pretty simple this year since I’m 9 months pregnant and the size of a small hippo.
We decided on dinner and a movie, and honestly that’s all I had the energy for!
Once we got to the movies we passed a family and the little girl started shouting,
“Mommy she has a BIGG tummy!!!! Look mommy!!” over and over and over.
Kyle and I were DYING laughing and the poor mom was absolutely mortified.
She was doing everything she could to get her daughter to shut up,
I had already walked by so I don’t think the mom knew that I was actually pregnant at first but then once she finally saw my belly she was like “It’s a baby!! It’s a baby in her belly sweetie!” hahahah Oh man, it was SO funny y’all.

I actually ended up throwing on some converse and a plaid shirt tied around my waist for a more casual look for the movies – because let’s face it, when you’ve got a 6 lb baby in your belly your feet NEED to be comfortable.

The weather has been totally crazy in Houston lately…I say that a lot don’t I? lol
It’s been super nasty and rainy which makes it really difficult to get outfit pictures done for the blog, ugh.
Which usually wouldn’t be a big deal but I feel like I have SO much to share with y’all while I’m still pregnant and I’m definitely running out of pregnancy time!!
It decided to drop like 30 degrees on Sunday and it was absolutely FREEZING,
we ended up taking Charley to the park that morning since we knew we’d most likely be bundled up inside the rest of the day!

Alright, I’m just rambling now…
